Description:
Carbolime is a high-efficiency carbon dioxide absorbent designed for use in closed and semi-closed breathing circuits, particularly in anesthesia systems. Formulated without potassium hydroxide (KOH), Carbolime® combines calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide in a granular soda lime base to safely remove CO₂ while minimizing the risk of carbon monoxide formation. Its graded particle size and high surface area reduce dust and optimize performance. Available in both refill bags and cylindrical canisters for flexible use across standard anesthesia machines.
