Before initiating a return, carefully review our return policy to ensure your purchase qualifies for a return. If eligible, proceed to the next step.

CuremedRX’s Return Policy:
If a return is due to an error on our part, we'll refund the total purchase amount, including return shipping costs.
We are not liable for re-shipments in cases where an incorrect address is provided, or a P.O. Box is entered.
Key points of our policy include:
- A return authorization number must accompany all returns.
- Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in new, sellable condition with unbroken safety seals, including all original parts and accessories in their packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- For orders shipped for free, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Return orders may be subject to restocking fees (see details below).
- Defective products or shipping errors will be fully refunded, including return shipping costs.
- Please note that all purchase items with special orders requiring a delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks are non-refundable.
Understand Non-Returnable Products Certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns. Please refer to the detailed list provided.
Once you initiate the return process, we'll provide you with an RA number via email. If email communication isn't feasible, alternative arrangements can be made.
Ensure the product meets our return criteria and affix the RA number to the package label before shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we'll cover the return shipping charges.
Await Refund Processing Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to four weeks for the refund process to be completed. This includes transit time, processing time, and bank processing time.
Handling Call Tags Depending on the situation, you'll either receive a return shipping label or a call tag, which may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Information Warranty: Details are provided by the manufacturer. For assistance with a manufacturer's warranty service, contact our returns department.
Restocking Fee: Some products may be subject to restocking fees.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges due to varying manufacturer policies. To exchange a product, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Note: Orders with photographic evidence as proof of delivery are not eligible for reshipment or refunds due to carrier policies.
