The North American Rescue M-FAK (Mini First Aid Kit) with Combat Gauze is a compact, mission-ready trauma kit designed to provide immediate care for penetrating, blast, or other traumatic injuries. Built for first responders, law enforcement, and tactical professionals, this versatile kit delivers essential point-of-wounding medical supplies in an extremely compact platform.

Constructed from durable 500D nylon, the pouch features a clam shell design with dual sleeves that open on both ends for fast access. Multiple elastic loops keep medical equipment organized and secure. The M-FAK can be mounted vertically using MOLLE backing or horizontally on a duty belt using a built-in 3-inch sleeve. Despite being half the size of the popular T.O.R.K. platform, the kit includes critical lifesaving components such as a C-A-T® tourniquet, Combat Gauze® hemostatic bandage, emergency trauma dressing, chest seals, and trauma gloves.
