COMPRESSION LEVEL GUIDE

How to Measure

Thigh High (A-G) & Pantyhose Style (A-T) [Open or Closed Toe]

  1. Measure your ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle that is above the anklebone. (B) Use the sizing chart to determine if your ankle is size I, II, III, IV, V, or VI.
  2. Measure your calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf. (C)
  3. Measure your thigh circumference at the top of the thigh/groin area. (G).
  4. Determine your thigh length (A-G by measuring from the floor to the gluteal (buttock) fold.
    Regular = 28 1/4-32 3/4" (72-83 cm)
    Short = 24 3/4-28 1/4" (63-72 cm)
    Petite = 21 3/4-24 3/4" (55-63 cm)
  5. Measure your hip circumference at the fullest part of the hip.
    Form A = less than 41" (104 cm)
    Form B = greater than 41" (104 cm)

If your leg does not fit within the sizes listed, you may need a custom stocking. Talk to your therapist or doctor.
