When your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, there is a possibility that you may receive multiple packages from one or more of our warehouses. Please check the status of your order before you call us with concerns. There may be more than one tracking number associated with your order.

Our customer service department will send you an email with the estimated arrival time of any product that is on backorder from the manufacturer/distributor. When the item becomes available, it will ship within 24 hours of it arriving to the warehouse.

Because your email address is your account identifier, you, unfortunately, cannot change it on your account. If you absolutely must change your email address, you will need to contact customer service. However, since your orders are linked to the previous email address, your previous orders will only be accessible with the old email address.
Shipping rates are calculated based off of order weight, destination and order subtotal. Yes, we do work with insurance companies, however, not all items that are listed on our website are covered. Also, you would have to submit a valid prescription with your insurance information electronically or via fax at (516) 755-7998.
