Made from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) foam, the Whitefoam Dressing is less adherent than 3M V.A.C. Granufoam Dressings, helping facilitate placement and removal during dressing changes.

The Whitefoam Dressing is pre-moistened with sterile water and offers a versatile option for tunnels and undermining, areas where hypergranulation responses are likely, and bolstering split-thickness skin grafts. Its higher tensile strength supports easier placement and removal, while its increased density helps restrict granulation tissue in-growth.
