Curad Oil Emulsion Impregnated Dressing is a sterile wound contact layer made from knitted, high-porosity cellulose acetate impregnated with USP white petrolatum in an emulsion blend. Its non-adherent design allows wound exudate to pass through to an absorbent secondary dressing while helping prevent the dressing from sticking to delicate granulating tissue. Highly conformable and nonocclusive, it is suitable for lightly draining wounds, including minor burns, lacerations, abrasions, suture lines, and episiotomy incisions.
