Duramax S is a sterile, super absorbent silicone adhesive dressing designed to manage moderate to heavily exuding wounds while maintaining a moist, breathable environment. Its unique 6-layer construction combines a non-adherent silicone contact layer, superabsorbent polymer core, and breathable polypropylene/polyethylene backing to absorb and lock in exudate while preventing maceration. The dressing is repositionable, atraumatic, and comfortable for patients, making it ideal for diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial leg ulcers, burns, post-operative wounds, and traumatic wounds.
