Reinforced with a metallic silver-plated nylon mesh core, it provides up to 7 days of antimicrobial protection while maintaining excellent dressing integrity. Upon contact with wound exudate, the calcium alginate helps create a moist wound healing environment, making it ideal for managing a wide range of acute and chronic wounds.
