The dressing absorbs and retains exudate, blood, and bacteria while providing rapid antimicrobial action and sustained protection against a broad range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Its high retention capacity helps reduce the risk of leakage and maceration, while its absorbency remains effective even under compression therapy.
