Exufiber Ag+ Silver Gelling Fiber Dressing is a sterile, nonwoven gelling fiber dressing with Hydrolock technology and silver sulfate. Designed for medium to highly exuding wounds, it absorbs and retains exudate, blood, and bacteria while providing sustained antimicrobial protection against a broad range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Its high retention capacity helps reduce the risk of leakage and maceration, while its absorbency remains effective even under compression therapy. The non-adhesive, borderless square dressing may be left in place for up to 7 days and can be used in combination with Mepilex Border with Safetac.
