purathick is a natural food and beverage thickener designed to safely modify liquids for individuals with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). Each 2.4 gram individual packet thickens beverages to IDDSI Level 1 – Slightly Thick (Thin Nectar) consistency when mixed as directed.

Formulated with organic tapioca maltodextrin and organic tara gum, purathick creates smooth, lump-free thickened liquids without a slimy or gritty texture. It is suitable for both hot and cold liquids and does not continue thickening excessively over time. Liquids may be prepared up to 24 hours in advance for convenience.
