Silverlon Silver Alginate Dressing is a sterile, nonwoven wound dressing composed of high M (manuronic acid) calcium alginate and a silver nylon contact layer. Designed for moderate to heavily exuding wounds, it helps absorb wound exudate while maintaining a moist wound environment.

The dressing also serves as a barrier to microbial penetration and is designed to allow intact removal. It is suitable for various partial- and full-thickness wounds, including pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, donor and graft sites, traumatic and surgical wounds, and first- and second-degree burns.
