Impregnated with PHMB (polyhexamethylene biguanide), it provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and protection against 15 gram-negative, gram-positive, and fungi/yeast microorganisms.

The 4 x 10 inch rectangular dressing features gauze material with a film backing and border for wound coverage. It resists bacterial colonization and helps reduce bacterial penetration within the dressing while performing without negatively impacting epithelization. It also offers low to minimal cytotoxicity.
