Telfa AMD Antimicrobial Island Dressing is a sterile, non-adherent gauze dressing impregnated with PHMB (polyhexamethylene biguanide). Designed with a film backing, this antimicrobial island dressing helps protect the wound while providing broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.

The dressing kills a broad spectrum of bacteria and provides protection against 15 gram-negative, gram-positive, and fungi/yeast microorganisms. It also helps resist bacterial colonization and reduce bacterial penetration within the dressing.
